FinTe provides a comprehensive platform to understand and manage cloud infrastructure costs, enabling collaboration between finance and engineering teams to achieve better alignment between expenditures and business objectives. FinTe is building off the ideas nurtured by legacy cloud cost monitoring and FinOps platforms and bringing to market significantly new value by incorporating engineering more directly into the analysis and recommendation workflows. This approach has been called “DevFinOps”, blending financial operations with DevOps principles to address cloud cost management earlier in the software development lifecycle.

The founding team of FinTe has deep experience in cloud infrastructure, financial operations, and software engineering. Their diverse expertise equips them to address the challenges of cloud cost management with practical solutions tailored to modern organizational needs.

Sha Ma brings over 20 years of experience in technology and leadership to her role as CEO of FinTe. She previously served as the CTO at Catalyst and Totango, driving product innovation and growth. At GitHub, she was Vice President of Engineering, where she led teams that scaled the platform to serve millions of developers. Her leadership at SendGrid (now part of Twilio) contributed to its IPO success. With over 25 years of experience in software engineering and operations, John Kozura serves as CTO of FinTe. He has held key leadership roles, including VP of Software Engineering at Particle and Revolv, which was acquired by Nest.
